#Breaking Good Companion for 1x07
Observations: "Walt and Hank share another prophetic conversation in the baby shower which fits the theme of finding joy in breaking the law, as he justifies smoking illegal Cuban cigars: ‘Sometimes the forbidden fruit tastes the sweetest.’ Walt, of course uses this instance to justify his own actions: 'It’s funny how we draw that line.' Saying that taboos are mostly time/place restricted. Hank’s reply clashes with Walt’s scheme: ‘Some things are legal that shouldn’t be.’ It’s noteworthy that in season 3, Hank’s fate becomes intertwined with Walt’s as his medical bills are paid using the drug money, which of course is believed by him to have come from gambling.”– Aria Mohtadi, Breaking Bad Observations for 1x07
